Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture and smell from batch to batch, and photos are for illustration.

Our products are not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always speak to a qualified health professional before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. All payments are made online through Paystack. We do not offer pay on delivery. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or is out of stock after you pay, we will contact you and either correct the order or give you a full refund.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees depend on your state and are shown at checkout. Pickup is also available. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items, unopened, and reported within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Liability

We are not responsible for any loss caused by misuse of our products or by delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
